Lead Consultant/Manager – Digital & Technology

We specialise in change management & transformation as well as all positions reporting to Digital Directors/Heads of Ecommerce ranging upwards of £30K salaries.

Role:
Work with a wide range of highly technical and interesting businesses.
• Partner with decision makers to clarify what staff they are looking for and forecast when they need them
• Meet as many candidates as possible, build a strong network of connections across a variety of job descriptions and create shortlists for retained and contingency assignments.
• Naturally you'll want to stay in touch with your candidates as often as possible.
• Attend and run industry events: evangelise our candidates and clients
• Manage social media and candidate CRM strategy.


Requirements:
• You will have had exposure to pure plays, multi and omni-channel businesses
• You will have experience recruiting medium to high level
• You love autonomy. We trust you to behave as a 360 responsible recruiter
• You’ll know that the candidate side is your strength.
• You have a natural ability to influence, without being pushy and with awesome results.
• You know how to find the details of top tier candidates in places other than LinkedIn
• You have the ability to draft well crafted email reach-outs.
